With a background in dance, yoga, corrective exercise, and functional nutrition (NTP), Tiffany blends biomechanics with breath, precision, and whole-body integration. Her work centers on intelligent movement, sustainable lifestyle foundations, and building strength to support longevity.
She believes fitness should enhance your life, not consume it. Her approach prioritizes proper form, injury prevention, deep core function, and long-term progression over extremes or aesthetic obsession. Clients work with her to improve form, build strength, and develop habits they can maintain for decades.
Tiffany understands the pull of overthinking, striving, and trying to prove your worth through achievement. Her philosophy is simple: real confidence is built through consistency, embodiment, and showing up for yourself in small, powerful ways. Strength is not punishment. It is capacity.
